Security on the premises

We have Wifi Security Cameras operating 24/7 on the premises. These are exterior cameras only, to entrances and driveways. Please consult us if you have any issues with this.

Each Villa has sensor security lighting, that comes on as you approach the buildings. This is to ensure your safety if you arrive late or have been out for dinner and are returning to the Villas.

They are set to a timer, so you don't need to be concerned about turning them off. There is an override switch for when you need lighting for dining outdoors at night.

Each Villa has coded keypad entry, for your security. You will be given a code once you have confirmed your booking or within 24 hours of arrival, depending on the time zone you are travelling from.

Both Villas also have a digital safe to keep your personal documents such as passports and any cash and cards.

We are concerned about protecting your privacy. See below how this site and our booking system handles private information which includes contact details, browsing, searches, links to other sites and cookies.

Bookings and contact details

We require your contact details in order to create a booking in your name.

You will be asked to provide your name, address, phone numbers and email address so that we can stay in touch with regards to the booking arrangements.

We don't share the booking contact information and other details with anyone else under any circumstances, unless we are required to do so for legal reasons.

We do not show your email address or any other details on the site.

You contact information will only be used for the purpose for which you provide it. We don't have a mailing list or newsletter for promotions, instead we use Social Media for promotions.

We will not disclose any of your private information without your consent or if required to do so for legal reasons.

Browsing

When you browse our site, we track all pages that are viewed. This information is available minimally through the web server logs. We also record it within the Zendesk system which powers this site. If you are logged in, we can associate your browsing with your membership details. Otherwise, you are treated as an anonymous browser.

Searches

Search terms that you enter when using our search engine are collected. We use these search terms to ascertain what people are looking for at this site, and to improve the services that we provide.

We provide links to our Social Media sites. Any other site using any of our registered names or photographs without our permission will be deemed to be breaching Copyright Law and will be persecuted.
